Do I have to write questions or prompts?
No. QuizOut derives questions, options, scoring, and explanations from the WordPress post you already wrote.
Where does quiz and reader data live?
The quiz, answers, results, contacts, and performance data stay in the connected WordPress site. QuizOut does not store them.
Can I review an AI-generated quiz?
Yes. Generation is automatic by default, with optional review and format overrides when an editor wants more control.
What counts toward the monthly quota?
A post’s first quiz counts once. Regenerating or editing that same post does not consume another post unit.
Can I generate quizzes for a backlog?
Yes. A $79 tax-inclusive prepaid post pack adds 500 extra post generations to any plan. The pack expires 12 months after purchase and does not change your plan’s site limit or QuizOut attribution setting.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Account owners change plans from the QuizOut billing panel. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades apply at renewal, and Stripe handles payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
